Membership Type Card - Actions

This table lists and describes the actions on the Membership Type Card's action menus:

Action	Description
Access Setup	Here you can define the access settings related to the membership. These access settings are assigned to members with the related membership active.  Normally, these settings are then passed on to the gate control software. Location - The activity location the member has access to. Access Gate - The specific gate within the location. Weekday - Set if access is only on specific weekdays. Date from/to - Normally kept blank unless access is only for a preset period and does not derive from the subscription period. Time from/to - Only set if access is limited to a specific time.
Price Analysis	Shows a list of price distribution among the assigned members.
Prices	If retail prices are being used for the membership, this action gives to the retail pricing of the posting item.
Members	Lets you navigate to a list of all currently active members for the membership.
Allowances	To set up price allowances which can be issued during activation of a membership or during the billing process. This could be fixed pricing on any activity product, for a specific period, with an expiration date, and limited quantity to be issued per member. An example could be a fixed number of spa treatments for each subscription period, and so on. See more information in How to setup and use price allowances. Note: You can only have allowances on subscription membership types, not on prepaid memberships.
